These terms govern use of TCGKings at tcgkings.online. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Catalog and orders

Checkout is not open yet. A listing, wishlist entry, or saved bag is not an accepted order, inventory reservation, or payment authorization. When ordering opens, pricing, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and the total must be shown before payment. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Product information

Read the product name, game, language, edition, pack count, and condition carefully. Product images may show representative packaging; packaging can vary by printing. We may correct errors. An accepted order affected by a material error will not be changed without giving the customer any consent or refund options required by law. Randomized products do not guarantee a particular card or resale value.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to make purchases, or act with a parent or guardian where permitted. Do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with security, or copy content in a way that infringes others’ rights. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through the contact form.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our shipping, returns, pre-order, and privacy pages explain the relevant procedures and form part of these terms. Nothing here excludes remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property and links

Game names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply publisher endorsement. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the catalog accurate and available, but errors and interruptions may occur. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for speculative profits or changes in collectible market value. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Updates and questions

Updated terms apply prospectively from publication and do not remove rights attached to earlier orders. Use the contact page for questions or disputes so we can investigate.
